Our customers find that our 24×7x365 plan is the most cost effective support plan since not only do we monitor the server/device but also manage that at a fraction of the cost that others charge.
Project Support
Projects are handled by a team lead by a project manager. Usually, for the projects we usually include a limited amount of support to ensure that the users have smooth transition.
Ad-hoc Support
If you don’t have a support plan, then we can provide ad-hoc support. Ad-hoc support is provided remotely for a couple of reasons. It is quicker to look at the issue (instead of sending an Engineer out) and this option works out less expensive for you
